While doing some research on ICT today for an upcoming project with http://realestatelicensedirect.com, I came across the a report created by the United Nations Information and Communication Technologies Task Force.  The report itself was very in depth and helped tremendously with what I needed it for, so I thought I would go ahead and share that with all of you.

As you all may know already, the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) Task Force was created in 2001 at the request of the United Nations Economic and Social Council.
